基因組學(xué)研究 – PCR、QPCR、RT-PCR、RT-QPCR和DIG標(biāo)記試劑和方案

蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)分析：蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)定試劑和實驗方案

為了維持蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和完整性，必須防止其降解或聚集。為此，可在緩沖液和溶液中添加蛋白酶和磷酸酶抑制劑。受到廣泛引用的羅氏cOmplete™和PhosSTOP™蛋白酶和磷酸酶抑制劑為易用、靈活的片劑形式，可分別抑制多種蛋白酶和磷酸酶。cOmplete™蛋白酶抑制劑混合物為水溶性片劑形式，含有金屬蛋白酶、絲氨酸和半胱氨酸的廣譜混合物。

這些蛋白酶抑制劑幾乎可以保護從任何組織或細(xì)胞分離的蛋白質(zhì)。而PhosSTOP™ 磷酸酶抑制劑混合物片劑是一種速溶的水溶性制劑，含有專利的酸性和堿性磷酸酶抑制劑、絲氨酸/蘇氨酸磷酸酶抑制劑及酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶抑制劑混合物。
